Amy Kobuchar has backed out of the Presidential race. She did so about an hour ago. It looks like she might have been pushed out by events in the last 24 hours. There was a protest in her home state of Minnesota. They were protesting some of the convictions she had been part of when she was a prosecutor. I think being forced her to cancel a rally and that might have been the last straw for her.
Either way this maybe a quiet but important footnote to the 2020 Presidential race. Along with Pete Bootigeg backing out, this may well open the case for Joe Biden. He is the centrist choice. It is Super Tuesday tomorrow and this could be some rebound for a candidate who looked too old and done. Being old is Bidens biggest problem. Tomorrow he needs to become the front runner.
Sanders will not beat Trump. Bloomberg has been a disastrous debater. So much so that its incongruous that he should ever have bothered to run in the first place and spent so much money. Unfortunately, Elizabeth Warren, who is perfectly qualified, is too far left for voters looking for a return to normalcy.
Normalcy should mean getting rid of Trump and replacing him with Biden.

Coronavirus has taken a grip on the world. It hit China first, closed its cities, killed people there and has now begun to spread outwards. Iran and Italy are now having problems. America has a few deaths also and even Ireland is reporting that someone there contracted it. We are a long way but possibly a short time from having a real issue. All it will take is for a major metropolitan area to have several people infected in a short period.
I do think the problem is a media induced one. In China only 2-3% of people who contracted it, died from it. It’s not the end of the world ,it is just being sold as such.
